* Proper Interior Process:
            All furniture will be moved to the center of the room and covered in plastic.  All flooring will be covered with canvas cloths. All open cracks and caulk joints will be caulked with siliconized acrylic caulk.  All raw wood will be primed.  Cracks and nail holes will be spackled. A premium grade paint will be applied.

* Proper Exterior Process:
Before painting begins, the structure will be pressure washed with a solution of water, bleach and tri-sodium phosphate which will remove mildew and mildew spores. All cracking and peeling areas will be scraped and sanded. All open cracks and joints will be caulked with siliconized acrylic caulk. All raw wood and those areas the have been scraped and sanded will be primed. A premium grade paint will be applied.
